Chad Patton has 10 years of nonprofit and workforce development experience. From advising middle and high school students on effective career pathways to developing impactful adult education programming for individuals in West Michigan, Chad has been committed to leading high-impact programming. Chad is proud to serve as the Director of Development and Innovation at West Michigan Works! where he has the pleasure of leading a team of program innovators who are focused on delivering workforce development solutions.
