NAWDP is teaming up with host sponsors Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) and Rocky Mountain Workforce Development Association (RMWDA) to offer the Business Services Academy in Denver on August 25-27. This academy designed to equip workforce professionals working with businesses and employers.

Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from AARP, through its Senior Planet programs, is dedicated to helping older adults harness technology to thrive in today’s world. This session will highlight best practices for supporting older learners new to technology, provide resources to build essential digital skills, and introduce Senior Planet Licensing—empowering organizations to bring tech training to their communities.

With 1 in 10 working-age adults in the U.S. having limited English skills, English upskilling offers a powerful yet often overlooked solution to workforce shortages and skills gaps.
